BEFORE YOU THROW:

All participants must have a signed waiver on file.

Participants must be at least 13 years of age.

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal adult.

Flat closed-toe and closed-heel shoes are required.

You accept all risk by participating in activities. Only you know your own ability and limitations. Do not participate if you have health limitations or injuries, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Anyone with the following physical or mental conditions should use caution against participation and may, at Delco AXE HOUSE, be excluded from playing:
* Women who may be pregnant
* Heart ailments
* Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
* Sensitivity to light or motion
* Sensitivity to flashing lights
* Any other physical or mental condition that might be affected by playing or might prevent you from participating safely

No participant who is impaired in any way or who may pose an increased risk to themselves, or other participants will be allowed to participate. Hostility and rule breaking are not welcome. Anyone exhibiting hostile or aggressive behavior verbally, or otherwise will immediately be asked to leave without refund.

AXE SAFETY:

Never touch the head of the axe, only the handle.

One axe per target.

No trick shots or underhand throwing. No twirling axes or flipping in your hand.

Do not pull axes out of target. Wiggle axe handle up and down to release.

LANE SAFETY:

Do not throw if no attendant is present.

Inform staff of any loose target pieces or broken axes.

Spectators are not permitted in the throw zone.

No axes allowed outside of lanes by patrons.

Only one person per throwing lane. Don’t throw unless lane is clear.

Never hand an axe to the next thrower.

Stay in the safety area unless it is your turn to throw.

No food or drink in the lane or throw zone.
